Black Tiger Sex Machine
In 2016, Black Tiger Sex Machine undertook a massive journey with their BTSM Church Tour. With 2017, the tigers are ready to takeover the United States with the perfect follow up, the MUSIC IS OUR RELIGION Tour.
Over the course of the past year, BTSM have been preparing for this venture by creating a whole new live show, complete with new helmets and a new stage setup that will be backed with full production. Joining the trio will be their Kannibalen brethren Dabin and Kai Wachi, whose own live shows will bring the perfect addition to the tour. Music is my religion, music is OUR religion.
Having overrun most major cities, the Kannibalen plague now spreads to the forests and waterways of the countryside, devastating climates and casting a cloud of darkness over much of the Earth. In the American Midwest, a pack of infected wolves has reacted strangely to the Kannibalen virus, having been transformed into great were-beasts with cunning intelligence. The leader of the pack, Kai Wachi, must now guide his wolves to safety, for the wilderness is filled with bands of flesh-eating monsters even more dangerous than himself. As he attempts to grasp the realities of his new existence, he fills the night with the chilling sound of his blood-curdling howls.
Dabin is a 23-year old music producer from Toronto, Ontario. Having spent his teens learning to play the piano, drums and guitar, Dabin started producing electronic music in 2011. He quickly attracted the attention of Montreal-based Kannibalen Records and released his first tracks on the fledgling independent label in 2012. His music, ranging from mellow electronica to hard-pounding dubstep & electro, features lush sonic textures, rich melodies and intricate instrumental work. His songs have charted regularly on Beatport and Itunes and he’s been featured several times on well-known online music channel UKF, racking up millions of plays along the way. He performs a unique genre-defying live show in which he incorporates live electronic guitar and synthesizers.
